Today, originally, I wanted to go to Midvalley with my sister, Anne to buy onigiri…but when I was ready to go, she gotten lazy and then it was just me and my dad going there.
Like I said, originally we went there just for onigiri… but then upon reaching the japanese food section, the huge variety of foods made my dad stay for more. I think he bought two boxsets of sushi and I bought okonomiyaki (thanks to my Ranma 1/2 fandom waaaaay back then XD; it didn’t taste umai though, the okonomiyaki…), california roll, and of course two packets of onigiri :D
THEN, I saw rows of Pocky in Jusco! Having eaten Pocky for Men (*snrk* The name is still as cracktastic as ever!!) before, I wanted more…! Too bad, there were none. So I bought Pocky Crush for myself and Pocky Chocolate for my sis at home. And oh, gosh, the Pocky Crush tasted MAXIMUM umaaaaaaai~! The almond texture had just the right texture and that nutty taste in them <3 (I’m getting really addicted to japanese snacks nowadays, I noticed :P) But the Pocky Chocolate was a bit too bitter for my taste (tastes kinda like those cooking chocolate to me :/)
After that, my dad asked whether there was any other places to go to and I had Maou in my mind for a while so we went to Petaling Street to buy (originally pirated XD) DVDs. What I had in mind that time was Maou for me and NEWS Pasific concert DVD for my sister.
But then, when I reached that shop, I saw Arashi Around Asia 2008 DVD! :D Even if I saw it before at the Arashi AAA screening last time, but it wouldn’t hurt to own one ;D
Grabbed it straight and begged my dad to buy it and Ryusei no Kizuna for me!
